Guys, it’s finally here: the Scarves & Stuff Fall/Winter collection 2016! I can’t wait for the winter to come along so we can collectively snuggle up in our comfy sweaters, oversized cardigans and capes and enjoy a good night in.
This season I was inspired by the bewildering beauty of starry nights and distant mysterious worlds. The colour pallet is an absolute tribute to what we know of… but can’t really see with our own eyes.
There’s a lot of black and dark blue hues, completed with light ice tones such as glacier grey, soft blue, powder pink and cream. This is contrasted with dashing pops of colour such as orange and green, reminiscent of nearby exotic planets.
The women’s collection consists of both fine as well as big knits in soft materials such as mohair, silk, royal alpaca and merino. Comfy sweaters, oversized or long cardigans and capes you can snuggle into are the ultimate, soft weapon against the winter cold.
There are also tops with cute collars, elegant sweaters or kimono cardigans and even dresses perfect for staying inside on winter days. The long scarves, furry hats, headbands and wrist and arm warmers make you yearn for walks with the crisp crunch underfoot on icy days.
I hope you love this collection as much as I do.
A big thanks to photographer Thomas Ost, Art Director Laura Van Snick, models Paulien Van Trimpont and Renee Vervaet and Johanna Cool for dedicating their talent to this photo shoot.
